Course Description and Content

The Permaculture Design Course is a 72 hour intensive course combining theory with practical hands on learning. Participants will learn Permaculture design principles & techniques. The course includes lectures, discussions, hands-on, slide shows, field trips and design projects.  As we are in a Metroplex, the course will focus design and techniques applied to an urban area, such as gardening in small spaces, using edge guilds, composting, bio-remediation and community garden design.



OPTION I:  2010 Certification Tuition Full Payment

Take Session I (April 8-11 2010) and Session II (May 13-16 2010) ($1275 tuition includes prepared lunches and Paypal fees.)  This is full tuition plus Paypal Fees.  Or you can mail in the form and save the $75.00.  If you would like to split up the fee into payments please contact dfwpermaculture@gmail.com or permaculture@elizabethannas.net for details.

OPTION II:  $600.00 by April 1, 2010
Take the first portion of the course, which is the most intensive portion, (Session I April 8-11) without receiving certification ($600.00)

OPTION III:  $600.00 by April 1, 2010 AND Pay the balance of $600.00 at least 30 days from beginning of course in 2011.
This option splits up the course over a years time.Take Session I  of Permaculture Design Certification Course, held April 8-11, 2010 (Payment of $ 600.00 due by April 1, 2010)Then finish your required certification hours during next year's 2011 course (Pay the balance of $600.00 at least 30 days from beginning of course in 2011)

This option splits up the course over two different design courses that are within a years time of one another. 
Take Session I  of Permaculture Design Certification Course, held April 8-11, 2010 (Payment of $ 600.00 due by April 1, 2010)Then finish your required certification hours at another of the Permaculture Project's Courses. (Pay the balance of $600.00 at least 30 days from the beginning of subsequent course)  See permacultureproject.com for future course lineup.

OPTION V    $600.00 by April 1, 2010 AND Balance of $600.00 within at least 30 days 365 calender days. 
This option splits up the course into Intensive and Work Study within a calendar year.
Take Session I  of Permaculture Design Certification Course, held April 8-11, 2010 (Payment of $ 600.00 due by April 1, 2010)Then finish your required certification hours via webinars, self study and site work with co-instructor.  This option the certifying hours must be made within a calendar year of beginning of the initial course.  (Pay the balance of $600.00 at least 30 days from the beginning of the subsequent course)

A $300.00 deposit that counts towards the $1,200.00 tuition will hold your place in the course. NOTE!!! If you pay online Paypal fees will apply -- $75.00 for the full tuition or $37.00 for half of the tuition, $600.00.  You can either pay this online or send it in with your completed registration form.   If you would like to inquire about payment plans, options and scholarships please contact us via email or phone.
After 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. 
The balance must be paid before first day of class.
